We currently offer CrossFit classes Monday through Friday at 5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:15am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Saturday classes are offered at 6:30am, 7:30am and 8:30am. Open Gym and specialty classes make up the remainder of the schedule.

Drop-ins are great if you’re looking to try us before you purchase a membership or if you’re visiting from out of town. Please note that not all classes allow drop-ins and may not be selectable from the link above if they are already full.
