We currently offer CrossFit classes Monday through Friday at 5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:15am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Saturday classes are offered at 6:30am, 7:30am and 8:30am. Open Gym and specialty classes make up the remainder of the schedule.
NOTE: We do not offer free trials or tours of the gym. Please book a Drop-In to try us. Our rates are reasonable and our Coach’s time and spaces in class are valuable. If a membership is purchased after a satisfactory Drop-In, we will refund the Drop-In fee. Missed Drop-Ins are not refundable nor can they be rescheduled as the space is held and cannot be used by other members or guests.
